Welcome to Police Beat 317. I am Officer Patrick Panizo, the primary contact and Beat Coordinator of 317. I was hired by the Skokie Police Department in 2001 and am assigned as a dayshift Patrol Officer. I generally work between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Beat 317 is the center of Skokie. The beat is almost completely residential and also has a large golf course. McCracken Middle School and Elizabeth Meyer Preschool/Kindergarten are located here. The western border of Beat 317 is Kenton Avenue; the southern border is Oakton Street; the eastern border is East Prairie Road and the northern border is Dempster Street.
