Police Beat 318

Welcome to Police Beat 318.  We are Officers Michael Cremins and Donn Breitenreiter, the primary contacts and Beat Coordinators of 318.  Our police experience totals more than 40 years, all here in Skokie!  We are both currently assigned to the Patrol Division on dayshift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Beat Location

Beat 318 is a smaller area in the middle of Skokie.  Our Beat extends several blocks to either side of Skokie Boulevard.  The western border of Beat 318 is Niles Center Road; the southern border is Mulford Street, the eastern border is Kenton Avenue; and the northern border is Main Street.  Much of ‘Downtown Skokie’ is in our beat.  We also have the newer of the two CTA Yellow Line stops.

Lincoln Junior High is in our beat; please watch out for pedestrians and bicyclists!

Officers working Beat 318 answer calls for service and provide guidance to visitors in the downtown area.  We know the best places to park, just ask!
