The Records Unit serves as the central repository for all documented calls for service. All reports of criminal, non-criminal, traffic and parking-enforcement activity generated by the Police Department are processed and archived by this Unit. During 2016, this totaled over 115,000 documents including more than 260 expungements and 2,000 subpoenas.


This heavy workload is borne by a Records Supervisor, four full-time and one part-time Senior Clerks, and one Community Service Officer.
